Winston Water Cooler Monthly Prize Drawing Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Winston Water Cooler Monthly Prize Drawing is open to all customers who sign up within the specified month. Participants must provide their name, phone number, and email address to enter the drawing. Employees of Winston Water Cooler and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.2. Entry: Each participant will receive one (1) entry into the prize drawing upon sign-up. Participants who refer others to sign up will receive an additional entry for each referred participant who completes the sign-up process. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.3. Prize Drawing: Prize drawings will be held at the end of each month. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the month.4. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via phone and email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If a winner does not respond within ten (5) business days, an alternate winner will be selected.5. Prize: The prize for each month will be announced at the beginning of the month. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.6. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Winston Water Cooler reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the drawing, as determined by Winston Water Cooler in its sole discretion. Winston Water Cooler reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.7. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the drawing and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.8. Governing Law: The drawing and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Winston Water Cooler is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.By entering the drawing, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge Winston Water Cooler may contact you based on the information you provided for promotional and customer communication purposes.
